Guram Chaduneli is founding partner at GCLO Law Firm. His practice area includes civil and corporate law, Banking and Finance, M&A, IP & E-Commerce, Foreign Investment, Real Estate, Family and Inheritance, Civil litigation & Arbitration.

Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Chaduneli has been working as In-House Counsel for various Business Organizations. He has been practicing Company formation, Banking law and Finances, Real estate, Family and Inheritance law for more than 7 years. Mr. Chaduneli has been practicing civil litigation and arbitration during his working experience. He has been the Legal Counsel of the Pharmaceutical Holding “Unimed Group Corp”. He has been practicing banking law as head of legal department at JSC “Credit Plus Georgia” for several years.
Among different important projects, Mr. Chaduneli has been involved in the process of elaborating of new Forest Code of Georgia as an National Legal Expert for the World Bank Group, where he has been practicing Energy and Environmental law. Prior to joining the World Bank, Mr. Chaduneli has been working in the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia.

Mr. Chaduneli has successfully passed the Bar exam in the area of Civil Law and is member of Georgian Bar Association. He holds LL.M degree from Universitat Potsdam (Germany) and LL.M degree from Chicago-Kent College of Laws(USA).

Besides Georgian, Mr. Chaduneli is fluent at English, German and Russian Languages.
