On November 29th of 2023, “Guram Chaduneli’s law office” participated in a scientific-practical forum on labor law, which was held at Kutaisi University (UNIK).
Within the framework of the event, the 2022 issue of the journal “Contemporary Labor Law Review”, which is published by the “Center for Contemporary Labor Law” was presented to the audience. The above mentioned scientific journal includes articles by representatives of the scientific field related to current issues of labor law of Georgia. Among the articels, the journal also includes the overview of some important and complex cases in regard of labor and business disputes, our company has accomplished in recent years. It should be noted that the journal was published with the financial support of GCLO.
Representatives of our company discussed such important topics as the specifics of conducting labor disputes in court, a brief overview of labor disputes in the practice of “Guram Chaduneli Law Office” and the latest court practice on labor disputes.
A memorandum of cooperation was signed between “Guram Chaduneli Law Office” and “UNIK • Kutaisi University • Kutaisi University”, the purpose of which is to implement joint projects, including research projects, conferences, training and other events to ensure the professional development of students.
